功能：

画一条经过所有点的基数样条曲线，线条颜色由 setcolor() 函数 或 setlinecolor() 函数指定。

声明：
void ege_drawcurve(
    int numpoints,
    ege_point* polypoints,
    PIMAGE pimg = NULL
);
void ege_drawcurve(
    int numpoints,
    ege_point* polypoints,
    float tension,
    PIMAGE pimg = NULL
);


注意事项：
使用的是 ARGB 颜色，透明度不能为 0，否则无绘制效果。

参数：
numpoints
点的个数。

polypoints
每个点的坐标，数组元素个数为 numpoints。
基数样条曲线经过所有点。

tension
曲线张力，为 0.0 时曲线变为折线。（默认设置为 0.25）

pimg
绘制的目标图像，默认为 NULL（即绘制到窗口）。
