功能：

画无边框的填充饼形。填充颜色由 setfillcolor() 指定。

参数：
x
饼形的圆心 x 坐标。

y
饼形的圆心 y 坐标。

stangle
饼形的起始角的角度。

endangle
饼形的终止角的角度。

xRadius
饼形的水平半径。

yRadius
饼形的垂直半径。

pimg
绘制的目标图像，默认为 NULL（即绘制到窗口）
